Evers Land & Lawn LLC
Effective Date: August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Evers Land & Lawn LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and its parent and/or holding company (collectively, “Evers Land & Lawn,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website (everslawncare.com), our grounds maintenance and land care services, and all related communications, including communications sent or facilitated using artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools. By visiting our website, requesting a quote, becoming a customer, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you request a quote, sign up for services, create an account, enroll in a recurring maintenance subscription plan, contact customer service, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:
Contact information, such as your name, mailing address, service/property address, email address, and phone number(s);
Billing and payment information, such as billing address, payment card or bank account details (processed through our third-party payment processor), and billing history;
Property and service information, such as property size, access instructions, gate codes, service preferences, and photographs or notes related to the property;
Communications you send us by phone, text/SMS, email, our website contact or quote forms, or social media; and
Any other information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking technologies (“Cookies”), including:
Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers);
Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, referring/exit pages, date and time of visit); and
Approximate or precise location information, as described in Section 3 below.
2. Cookies, Remarketing, and Third-Party Advertising
We use Cookies and similar technologies, including those provided by third-party advertising and analytics partners, to operate our website, understand how visitors use our site, and deliver relevant advertising, including remarketing/retargeting advertisements about our services on other websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms you visit after leaving our site.
Third-party services we may use for analytics, advertising, and remarketing include (without limitation) Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, and similar advertising or analytics networks. These third parties may use their own Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to our website and other websites in order to provide measurement services and target advertisements. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information, and we encourage you to review them.
Your choices regarding Cookies and interest-based advertising:
Most web browsers allow you to control Cookies through browser settings, including blocking or deleting Cookies;
You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on;
You may opt out of personalized advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and individual platform settings such as Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences; and
Disabling Cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
3. Location Tracking
Because our services are performed at physical properties, we collect and use location-related information, including the service address(es) you provide, GPS and route data generated by our crews and vehicles for scheduling, dispatch, and route optimization, and geolocation data used to verify that scheduled maintenance, monitoring, or inspection visits were completed at the correct property. Our website and mobile-optimized tools may also request approximate location information from your browser or device (with your device-level permission) to help identify your service area or provide location-relevant information. We do not sell precise location data to unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence in Communications and Service Delivery
Evers Land & Lawn uses, and may in the future use, artificial intelligence and automated tools — operated by us or by third-party vendors on our behalf — to assist with texting/SMS, online chat, email, and phone communications, and to support scheduling, service delivery, marketing, billing, and customer service functions. This may include:
AI-assisted or automated text messages, emails, or voice/chat responses regarding appointment scheduling, service confirmations, service reminders, weather or delay notifications, and property monitoring updates;
AI-assisted outreach for marketing and promotional communications regarding our services, seasonal offers, and subscription plans;
AI-assisted billing communications, including invoice delivery, payment reminders, and past-due/late-fee notices; and
Use of AI tools by our third-party vendors (such as customer relationship management, texting, email, and virtual receptionist/chat platforms) that process your contact information and communications on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-use obligations consistent with this Policy.
Some communications you receive from us may be generated, drafted, prioritized, or routed with the assistance of AI systems rather than, or in addition to, a human representative. By providing your phone number and email address to us, you consent to receive such communications, including from automated or AI-assisted systems, at the number(s) and address(es) provided, subject to applicable law and the messaging consent terms in Section 5 below.
5. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) and Email Communications
If you provide your mobile number to us, you consent to receive text messages from Evers Land & Lawn (including messages sent or assisted by AI tools) related to scheduling, service updates, property monitoring, billing/payment reminders, customer service, and — if you do not opt out — marketing offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts or emails is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further text messages at any time;
Reply HELP for assistance; and
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly. Note that you may still receive non-marketing, transactional communications (such as billing notices) related to active services.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, schedule, and bill for grounds maintenance and related services; communicate with you about your account, appointments, and property monitoring; process payments and enforce our billing and late-fee policies; operate, maintain, and improve our website and services; market our services and subscription plans to current and prospective customers; comply with legal, contractual, insurance, and regulatory obligations; and protect the rights, property, and safety of Evers Land & Lawn, our customers, and others.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
Service providers and vendors who perform functions on our behalf, including payment processors, billing/invoicing platforms, SMS/email/communications and AI-assisted communication platforms, scheduling and dispatch software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and website hosting/analytics/advertising providers;
Subcontractors and third-party contractors engaged to help perform services on a property, on a need-to-know basis;
Our affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent or holding company;
Government, municipal, HOA/POA, or property management entities where required by the applicable service agreement or governing covenants;
Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, insurers) and in connection with a legal process, audit, or to protect our rights; and
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Sharing information with advertising/analytics partners for cookie-based remarketing as described in Section 2 is done to support our own advertising and is not a sale of personal information for cash.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business and billing records, comply with legal and insurance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain marketing communications and interest-based advertising, as described above. To exercise these choices, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.
11. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and adult residential customers and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
